My 4 year old likes this. His 9 year old brother wanted to play too. We all did alot of giggling at the silly sentences we made. He also like the sound effects some of the tyles made. He enjoyed just changing one part of the sentance to make it just a little difrent. I defently think that with alot of use kids can pick up some sight words. I like it because kids don't know they are learning, they just think they are playing a game. -- homeschool moms take.

My son uses his Tag reader quite a bit with his Tag books. But, this toy is so popular with him that he's worn out the batteries in his Tag twice in the past 3 days from playing so much with this toy! He absolutely LOVES it. The phrases really are funny - and that's why he loves it. Hopefully, he's learning the words as the reader says them. But, only time will tell. ;) Either way, he's having fun with it. -- Generating new interest in his Tag Reader

This is lots of fun for kids! Another one you need to have to go with Tag. Just wish the case was big enough to fit this also.

I bought several book, the alphabet and phrase boards along with the tag system. I think it is a very good product. I bought it because my grandson was having difficulty with spelling and reading in school. He has actually picked up the alphabet board and sat and made his spelling words without us telling him to do so. My granddaughter is only 4, but has picked up the book and we showed her how it will tell her the whole story by itself and she sits and listens to the whole book. The only thing I have to say is that the memory is only able to hold 5 things, so you must take something out to put something new in. I think I am probably going to buy another basic pen, for the two of them so we can have double the pleasure without having to download or upload. Great system !!! -- Tag reading system overall
